We recommend travelling by public transport. The DLR, Elizabeth and Jubilee lines all stop at Canary Wharf Station. Once you arrive, follow the signs to Wood Wharf. The entrance to The Winter Club is on Charter Street.

Canary Wharf has four underground public car parks, three of which offer direct access to Cabot Place, Canada Place and Jubilee Place shopping centres:

• Cabot Place Car Park – Entrance on Cooks Close (E14 4AP)
• Canada Square Car Park – Entrance on Montgomery Street (E14 5EW)
• Jubilee Place Car Park – Entrance on Bank Street (E14 5NY)
• Westferry Circus Car Park – Entrance on West India Avenue (E14 4HD)

The closest car park to The Winter Club is Canada Square Car Park, which has disabled bays for Blue Badge holders. All car parks are cashless.

We’re located at the corner of Water Street and Charter Street, just beyond TRIBE Canary Wharf. The main entrance is on Charter Street.

• By Car: Postcode E14 5GZ. Nearest car park: Canada Square Car Park. Blue Badge bays available. Cashless payments only.
• By Rail: Nearest station Canary Wharf (Jubilee, Elizabeth & DLR lines). Step-free access throughout with lifts.
• By Bus: Closest routes D3 and D8. Most buses are wheelchair accessible with ramps and audio-visual announcements.

Opening November 2025, The Winter Club is a seasonal destination in the heart of Canary Wharf, running through to February 2026.

Created by Urban Playground, the team behind THE CUBE Canary Wharf, the venue features:

• A German-style Bierhaus with daily live entertainment
• A spectacular Ice Bar
• A cosy, alpine-inspired Wharf Lodge

The Ice Bar plunges to –10°C, serving drinks in ice glasses surrounded by stunning sculptures. Warm coats are provided, and advance booking is strongly recommended.

The Bierhaus is ideal for festive gatherings with live music, DJs and an extensive drinks menu. Wharf Lodge offers a warm retreat with alpine décor, soft lighting and relaxed seating.

Walk-ins are welcome, and group bookings are available with package options.

We recommend pre-booking online to guarantee availability. Limited walk-in tickets may be available but cannot be guaranteed.

• Children are welcome until 13:00 daily
• All day on Christmas Eve
• After Christmas, children are welcome until 19:30
• Children are welcome in the main bars all day, but the venue is primarily adult-focused

The minimum age for the Ice Bar is 5 years old.

We strongly recommend that all guests bring their own coats and gloves for the Ice Bar, however, there are some available to use onsite.

Yes. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible except for the top floor of Wharf Lodge. The Ice Bar is wheelchair friendly.

Yes. We operate a Challenge 25 policy. Photo ID is strongly recommended. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Only assistance dogs are permitted inside the venue.

Pre-booking for the Ice Bar is strongly recommended, especially at peak times. Table bookings in the bars are available for groups of 16+.

Yes. Bookings can be placed on hold without a time limit until a date is confirmed. Subject to availability.

Please arrive 20 minutes before your booking to allow time to check in and collect coats.

The Winter Club is cashless. Accepted payment methods include:

We have plenty of table space, but reservations are only available for groups of 16 or more.

Yes. We have a German-style grill offering traditional Bratwurst sausages. We also have multiple bars serving cocktails, mocktails, draught beers, wines and spirits.
